Terms and Conditions

1. Hotel Booking: Registration includes hotel bookings paid directly by the conference.
   • To be assured a room at the Fairmont Winnipeg Hotel, you must be registered by October 1^st.
   • Rooms at the Fairmont Winnipeg Hotel are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Late registrations will still be processed, but hotel rooms will be assigned subject to availability.
2. Flight Booking: Registrants are to book their own flights with their preferred airline and fare type. Flights will be reimbursed up to a total of $600 CAD (taxes included).
   • You must submit your expenses and receipts no later than November 3^rd. Submissions after this date will not be reimbursed.
   • We have secured promotional codes for discounted flights for the conference. Visit their websites and use the code JD74JNF1 for Air Canada or 2K6C1SP for WestJet when booking.
   • It is to your advantage to book your travel as soon as possible, as prices will go up significantly closer to the conference date. Booking early will allow for your flight costs to be reimbursed entirely.
3. Payment Method: All fees must be paid by credit card through the online registration form. The credit card charge will show as BUKSA Associates Inc.
4. Cancellation: If you are no longer able to attend the conference, please notify WC5@buksa.com immediately. A $100 cancellation fee will apply.
5. Refunds: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after October 1^st. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method.
6. No Show: Failure to attend the event will forfeit your registration fee. No refunds are issued for late arrivals or failure to attend.
7. Event Changes: The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to, the date, location, and content. In the unlikely event of event cancellation, registrants will be notified and given refund options and information.
8. Limitation of Liability: The event organizer shall not be liable for any damages or expenses incurred by registrants as a result of event cancellations or changes; or as a result of circumstances outside the control of the conference.
9. BUKSA Conferences + Associations reserves the right to decline service for any reason.
